2025년 5월 22일(목) 저녁, 전산전자공학부는 한동대학교 뉴턴홀에서 캡스톤디자인 과목 수강생들의 성과를 공유하는 ‘2025 전산전자공학부 캡스톤 페스티벌’을 개최하였다.
이번 행사에서는 총 38개 팀이 참여해 인공지능, 사물인터넷, 디지털 헬스케어, 로보틱스 등 다양한 주제로 한 학기 동안 개발한 결과물을 전시하고, 외부 전문가 및 학부 구성원과의 심사와 교류의 시간을 가졌다. 또한 관람객 스탬프 이벤트와 간식 제공 등으로 전시 참여도를 높였으며, 외부 심사위원 초청 관람을 통해 전문성과 흥미를 더했다.
전산전자공학부는 “이번 페스티벌이 학생들의 창의적 문제 해결력과 실무 역량을 공유하는 뜻깊은 자리가 되었다”며, “앞으로도 실전 중심의 교육과 소통 중심의 학습 문화 확산을 위해 노력할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

On the evening of Thursday, May 22, 2025, the School of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (CSEE) held the 2025 CSEE Capstone Festival at Newton Hall, Handong Global University, to showcase the achievements of students enrolled in the Capstone Design course.
A total of 38 teams participated in the event, presenting semester-long projects on a wide range of topics such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), digital healthcare, and robotics. The festival provided opportunities for interaction and evaluation with external experts and members of the school. Audience engagement was further encouraged through a stamp event and refreshments, while the presence of invited judges added both professionalism and excitement to the exhibition.
The department stated, “This festival served as a meaningful occasion to share students’ creative problem-solving and practical skills,” adding, “We will continue to promote hands-on education and a culture of communication-based learning.”
