2025년 5월 14일(수) 저녁, 전산전자공학부는 뉴턴홀 313호에서 전공 진입 예정자와 새내기 학생들을 위한 ‘학부설명회 및 공학인증의 밤’을 진행하였다.
On the evening of Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the School of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (CSEE) held the “Introduction to the CSEE Majors & ABEEK Night” in Newton Hall Room 313 for first-year students and prospective majors.
행사는 저녁 식사를 시작으로 학부 및 전공 커리큘럼 소개, 교수진과 재학생 대표가 함께한 토크쇼, 공학교육인증 프로그램 안내 순으로 진행되었다. 참여 학생들은 “평소 궁금했던 전공 차이와 학부 커리큘럼에 대해 알 수 있어 유익했다”고 소감을 밝혔으며, 특히 교수님들이 직접 학생들의 질문에 열정적으로 답변해준 토크쇼 시간이 큰 호응을 얻었다.
The event began with a dinner, followed by an overview of the school and major curriculum, a talk session featuring faculty and student representatives, and a presentation on the ABEEK certification program. Participating students shared that the session was helpful in understanding the differences between majors and the curriculum, and especially appreciated the talk show segment where professors enthusiastically answered students’ questions.
전산전자공학부는 앞으로도 학생들의 전공 이해와 진로 설정을 돕기 위한 소통의 장을 지속적으로 마련할 예정이다.
