한동대–영남대 ‘길짱이들’ 팀, 2025 관광데이터 활용 공모전 대상 수상
한동대학교 전산전자공학부 21학번 유재혁·이유현·박준현과 영남대학교 시각디자인학과 이주원으로 구성된 ‘길짱이들’ 팀이 ‘2025 관광데이터 활용 공모전’에서 대상(문화체육관광부 장관상) 을 수상했다. 네 명은 포항시 IT 연합 동아리 PARD(파드) 에서 만나 팀을 이뤘다.
팀은 이번 공모전에서 자전거 여행객을 위한 여행 가이드 플랫폼 ‘투어딩(Tourding)’을 기획·개발·배포까지 완성해 높은 평가를 받았다. ‘투어딩’은 관광데이터와 이동 데이터를 결합해 여행 코스 추천, 주변 관광지 제안, 사용자 맞춤형 코스 생성, 길안내 기능 등을 제공하는 실사용 가능한 통합 플랫폼이다.
관광데이터 활용 공모전은 한국관광공사·카카오 가 공동 주최하는 전국 단위 경진대회로, 데이터 기반 관광 서비스 혁신 모델을 발굴하는 것을 목표로 한다.
이번 수상은 학생들이 실제 서비스 기획부터 개발, 사용자 배포까지 수행한 실전형 프로젝트 역량을 보여준 사례로 평가되고 있다.

Handong Global University–Yeungnam University Team “Gilzzang-e-deul” Wins Grand Prize at the 2025 Tourism Data Utilization Contest
The team Gilzzang-e-deul, consisting of Jaehyeok Yoo (Class of ’21), Youhyeon Lee (Class of ’21), and Junhyun Park (Class of ’21) from the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering at Handong Global University, along with Juwon Lee from the Department of Visual Design at Yeungnam University, won the Grand Prize (Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award) at the 2025 Tourism Data Utilization Contest. The four team members first met through the Pohang IT joint club PARD and formed a team for the competition.
In this contest, the team received high acclaim for planning, developing, and deploying Tourding, a travel guide platform designed for bicycle travelers. Tourding is a practical, integrated platform that combines tourism data with mobility data to provide route recommendations, nearby attraction suggestions, personalized course generation, and navigation features.
The Tourism Data Utilization Contest is a national competition co-hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization and Kakao, aimed at discovering innovative, data-driven tourism service models.
This award is recognized as a testament to the students’ strong practical competencies, demonstrated through their end-to-end execution of a real-world project—from service planning to development and user deployment.
